Please Note: The prices for goods and services displayed on our website do not include delivery charges.

Delivery Costs for New Zealand: We currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. The cost of delivery can be found on our website, and the total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary, which can be viewed in your online shopping basket.

Delivery Timeframes: We strive to dispatch all orders within three days of the order being placed. Our packages are shipped through New Zealand Post or Aramex Couriers. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, please contact us via email. We will initiate an enquiry with the relevant courier service on your behalf.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in an unworn condition with the attached tag, within 7 days, for a store credit.
